At Elliot’s school we periodically do a fundraiser and take and sell photos of the kiddos. George Brainard took these great shots of Elliot recently for the Fall fundraiser.

The genuises over at Austin Cookie Lounge came up with the idea of allowing groups of children into their establishment and letting them eat, bake, and then eat more cookies, cupcakes, and other insanity-inducing sweets for their “little bakers workshops.”
On the other hand, it was three parents – myself, Sharane, and Kumar- who thought that it would be a good idea to let our children participate in this experiment. Needless to say, Elliot, Tavi, and Amari went from obedient, sweet children to lunatics within the course of what was otherwise a lovely Saturday afternoon.
